Crissa Barreto

Crissa Barreto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Support Staff at Destiny International Learning Academy, Inc. From April to May 2019, they served as a DESO Technical Support Staff at the Commission on Elections. In July 2019, they joined CallTek as a Technical Support Engineer I and later progressed to become a Technical Support Engineer II in July 2020. Crissa then took on the role of a Technical Support Team Leader from January 2021 to May 2022. In May 2022, they transitioned to a Network Operations Center Engineer position at CallTek. Finally, in April 2023, they became the Network Operations Center Team Lead at CallTek.

Crissa Barreto completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology majoring in Computer Networks from Mindanao State University - General Santos. Crissa attended the university from 2015 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Crissa obtained the Career Service Eligibility - Professional Level from the Civil Service Commission in August 2022. Additionally, they acquired several certifications in networking, including MikroTik Certified Network Associate, MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer, and MikroTik Certified Traffic Control Engineer, all obtained in January 2022. Furthermore, they obtained the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate certifications from Fortinet in February 2022.
