Kara Kizior has over 20 years of work experience. Kara began their career in 1997 as a Customer Service Associate at Aon Hewitt. In 1999, they joined ADP as a Web Interface Specialist and was later promoted to Senior Client Services Representative. In 2003, they moved to Rand McNally where they held three different roles, including Call Center Supervisor, Call Center Team Leader for Consumer Publishing, and Call Center Team Leader for Educational Publishing. In 2016, they joined CallTrackingMetrics and held three positions, including Enterprise Client Success Manager, Client Success Manager, and Client Onboarding Manager.
Kara Kizior completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Para Legal from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1996. Kara also obtained two certifications in 2019 - Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Ads in July, and Google My Buisness Basics from Google Ads in July.
