Whitney Manning, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at CALM, a community-based mental health agency, and is the Founder and Fractional Head of People at HaveHuman, where strategic HR consulting and talent management are key focuses. As an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and a member of TroopHR, Whitney has extensive experience in human resources and operations, previously holding leadership roles including Director of People Operations at Luminous Computing, and Senior HR Business Partner at Bruker Nano Surfaces. Whitney’s career began with roles such as Executive Business Partner at Stratus Media Group and Events & Operations Manager at Hilltop Farm Ranch.
