Merlinda Xharda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business operations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and previously as a Senior Business Operations Analyst at Calm since January 2022, Merlinda effectively manages cross-functional teams to enhance operations and improve user experience.
