Bobbe Monteleone

As the daughter of the founders of the company, Bill & Blanche Chilcote, Bobbe grew up at Calmont. From taking home wire scraps from the shop floor for art projects as a grade schooler to preparing payroll in high school to becoming an owner in the 1990s, Calmont has always been an integral part of her life. Bobbe took a slight detour from the family business to dip her toe into politics and law, working in campaign management, and practiced estate planning briefly. But ultimately decided that the family business is where she wanted to be. Bobbe earned a bachelor’s in economics & political science from the University of California, San Diego and a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
