Alvin Moralde

Alvin Moralde is currently the Vice President of Asset Management at Calmwater Capital since 2015. Prior to this, Alvin worked at East West Bank as Assistant Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Banking division from 2010 to 2015. Before that, Alvin held the position of Junior Accountant at Grubb & Ellis Securities, Inc. from 2007 to 2010. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from California State University, Long Beach. Throughout their career, Alvin has managed loan and credit portfolios totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in the real estate industry.
