Billy also provided 24x7 support for resolving hardware and software faults. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2007, they worked as a Systems Engineer, specializing in networking, telecoms timing, network synchronization, and network management products.

Billy started their professional journey at Xerox Corporation in 1998, working as a Customer Order Fulfillment representative and later as a System Integration Technician. Billy also gained experience as a Junior Account Manager at DES Technology from 1997 to 1998.

Billy Marshall attended Lakers Comprehensive from 1990 to 1995, where they did not receive a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. After that, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a GNVQ Advanced Information Technology degree at Royal Forest of Dean College, focusing on Information Technology.
