Stephen Mossom

Stephen Mossom has extensive work experience in the software development field. Stephen began their career as a Software Engineer at GEC Marconi in 1993, where they worked until 1999. Stephen then joined BAE Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in embedded software projects and team leadership. In 2006, Mossom joined TES Electronic Solutions as a Technical Lead and Embedded Software Engineer, focusing on the development of real-time embedded communication protocols. Stephen later worked at the Institute for System Level Integration (ISLI) as an Embedded Software Engineer and Project Coordinator, providing support for wireless sensor network projects. Mossom then joined Calnex Solutions in 2012 as a Principal Software Engineer, Tech Lead, and Scrum Master, where they managed numerous embedded C++ and embedded C projects. Stephen also developed business logic for C# applications. Currently, Mossom holds the position of Project & Software Manager at Calnex Solutions, which they have held since 2019.

Stephen Mossom earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Computer Science from Lancaster University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Prior to their university education, Stephen attended Mold Alun in Flintshire, North Wales, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, although no specific degree was obtained during this time.
