Moayed Almoayed

Moayed Almoayed has a diverse work history. Moayed co-founded Calo Inc in 2020 and is currently serving as a Co-Founder. In addition, they have held board member positions in Almoayed General, Wilhelmsen Bahrain, and Tawfeeq Almoayed & Sons since 2018, 2017, and 2016 respectively. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Campaign Manager at Expo 2020 Dubai. Prior to that, they gained experience in brand management at Kimberly-Clark from 2012 until 2016. Moayed started as a Graduate Management Trainee and moved on to become a Brand Manager for Huggies DryNites®, Kleenex®, and Scott®. Moayed also worked as a Business Development Intern at Junior Achievement USA in 2011.

Moayed Almoayed completed their education in a chronological order. Moayed attended Ibn Khuldoon National School from 1994 to 2008, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. Afterward, they attended the University of Miami from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship. In 2011, they also attended Georgetown University for a brief period, taking part in the Fund for American Studies program in the Institute of Philanthropy and Volunteer Services. Additionally, they obtained additional certifications including membership in the GCC Board Directors Institute (GCC BDI) in 2018 and a LEAN Blue Belt certification from Kimberly-Clark in October 2013.
