Mohd Khamis began their work experience in 2015 at Carrefour, where they held various roles including customer service, safe clerk, and cashier. Mohd then moved on to work at Carrefour Bahrain Citycenter as a Cashier. In 2020, they joined Calo Inc. and has since worked in multiple customer service positions, including Customer Service Specialist, Customer Service Lead, and currently as a Customer Experience Manager.

Mohd Khamis attended Shaikh Khalifa Institute for Technology from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a secondary diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
