Sasha Murphy

Sasha Murphy is the Director of People & Culture at Calo, with a strong background in building people-first cultures. They previously served as the Head of People and Talent at Stake, where they successfully scaled the team and established a strategic People function. Prior to that, Sasha was a People Experience Manager at Unifonic, overseeing internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Principal Consultant at Morgan McKinley and a Human Resources Generalist at Evros Technology Group. Sasha is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management at Technological University Dublin.
