Marc van Huet

Marc van Huet has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marc most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Calor Ireland starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager Finance at SHV Energy from January 2023 to June 2023. Marc also held multiple roles at SHV, including Corporate Business Controller from January 2021 to January 2023, Corporate Financial Controller from May 2020 to February 2021, and Financial Controller a.i. from September 2019 to April 2020. Before joining SHV, Marc worked as an Interim Finance Professional at Staan, supporting clients on a strategic and operational level. Marc also served as Controller a.i. at OK. from March 2019 to September 2019, Controller a.i. at SHV Energy from September 2018 to February 2019, Financial Accountant a.i. at SHV from June 2018 to February 2019, and Assistant Accountant a.i. at PwC from January 2018 to April 2018. Prior to that, Marc was an Entrepreneur at A1Office.nl from August 2016 to December 2017 and a Salesman at Jumbo Supermarkten from July 2015 to December 2016.

Marc van Huet has a diverse education history. Marc started with a VWO degree in Economie en Maatschappij from Liemers College, which they completed in 2012. Marc then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business economics from Tilburg University, graduating in 2015. During their time at Tilburg University, they also participated in the CentER Honors Program. In 2014, Marc obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Bloomberg LP. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance, General from Tilburg University, which they completed in the years 2015 to 2017. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Staan Academy to earn a Post Master certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in the field of Accounting and Finance. Most recently, in 2021, Marc completed a Leadership Development course in the SHV Prelude program at TIAS School for Business and Society.
