Currently working at Calor Gas in a sales role since September 2005, Maura previously served as the Restaurant Manager at The Queens bar & restaurant from 1993 to 2003. Maura's educational background includes studies at the Convent of Mercy in Ballymahon, Co Longford, and at DIT Galway.
