Paloma Verdera is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Finance Planning Analysis Manager at Calor Ireland since October 2018, Paloma has effectively overseen budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prior to this, Paloma held the position of Finance Manager at incadea Spain, where a track record of delivering results over a dynamic 7-year period was established while managing a high-performing team. Paloma also gained valuable experience during an internship at Banco Santander, focusing on Basilea II and Basilea III, and demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership as the owner and manager of La Galia Restaurant during academic studies.
