Torreon Martin

Torreon Martin, formerly known as Gandy, has extensive experience in power management and electrical engineering, holding key roles primarily at Calpine since 2001. Currently serving as the Director of Work Management and previously as Plant Manager at a 1,050 MW combined cycle power plant in Guadalupe County, Texas, Torreon has proven expertise in maintenance efficiency and cost reduction across a fleet of power plants. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager at Calpine Corp, where a work management procedure was developed for 92 plants, and Electrical Superintendent at H.B., managing significant industrial projects. Earlier career accomplishments at Six Flags Over Texas and Comanche Industrial showcase a solid foundation in project management and electrical installations, beginning with a hands-on role at Gandy Electric.
