Vana Ippatiki is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in big data technologies and cloud services. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Calpine since July 2021, Vana has successfully implemented solutions using advanced AWS components and integrated them with big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive. Previously, as a Data Engineer at the United States Postal Service, Vana designed a real-time monitoring system for transaction errors and developed a GCP Storage bucket for processing transactional data.
