Jamie Ambrose

Jamie Ambrose has extensive experience in human resources, having served as the Director of Human Resources for Cement Operations at CalPortland from October 2015 to April 2024. Key responsibilities included providing comprehensive HR support, managing employee and labor relations, and coordinating collective bargaining activities. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Martin Marietta Materials and Senior Human Resources Representative at TXI, where Jamie offered generalist support across multiple locations. Jamie began a career in human resources as a Health & Safety Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator at CEMEX and gained initial experience as a Human Resources Intern with the City of Victorville.
