Software Solutions Architect at Calsense

Israel Ojeda has over 14 years of experience in software engineering, software architecture, and database design and maintenance. In 2006, they began their career as a software engineer at Plenumsoft. In 2008, they moved to ArteDigital as a senior software developer, team leader, and solution architect, where they were responsible for architecture design, software development, database design and maintenance, project leading, and system testing of custom developed software. In 2013, they became the General Director and Gameplay Designer at Calaca Studios. In 2017, they joined Sonata Services as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing core applications to support the operations of one of the biggest Cement enterprises in the world. In 2019, they became a Software Solutions Architect at Calsense, where they were the lead designer and architect for the main irrigation solution provided by the client. Israel also helped transition from older technology into a newer stack, applying good practices, design patterns, transition to Azure technologies, database migration from ADS DB to SQL Server 2019, service oriented applications, single board computes (raspberry pi), .Net 6 for IOT, and IOT for Azure. In 2020, they joined Empire of America Corporation as a Cloud Architecture Engineer, where they prepared and migrated the main site from in-premises to Azure services and designed and implemented the new back-end services to support the new applications.

Israel Ojeda has obtained a Master's degree in Video Game Design and Development from UNIAT, which they completed in 2021. Israel also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Database Design from Yucatan Mexico Jobs in 2005. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: AZ-300 Azure Architecture Technologies Exam Prep 2020 from Udemy in 2020 and Modern React with Redux from Udemy in 2019.
