Vinayak Kathare

Vinayak Kathare is an experienced technical manager with a solid background in quality assurance and testing across several prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Technical Manager and Principal Quality Assurance Engineer at Calsoft since October 2017, Vinayak previously held the position of Test Engineer 2 at Dell, where responsibilities included leading testing efforts for the Dell Open Manage Essentials project. Prior experience includes roles at Mphasis, HCL Technologies, and Perot Systems, focusing on test planning, data center device life cycle management, system compatibility testing, and functionality testing for various server platforms. Vinayak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, obtained in 2009.
