Joshua Schwantes

Joshua Schwantes, P.E., CWI, serves as the Engineering Manager at North Wind since May 2023, leading the Engineering department with a focus on excellence, empowerment, accountability, and quality. Previously, Joshua held the position of Engineering Manager at LOVEGREEN from December 2021 to March 2023, overseeing design reviews, ERP, estimating, and manufacturability. Joshua's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Engineering and Project/Manufacturing Engineer at Aerospace Manufacturing Inc, where responsibilities included designing manufacturing techniques and developing manufacturing plans. At National Oilwell Varco Hydralift AmClyde, Joshua worked as Manufacturing Manager/Welding Engineer, enhancing manufacturing efficiency alongside global partners. Earlier roles include Metallurgical Engineering Manager at Element Materials Technology and Materials Testing and Analysis Engineer at Stork Materials Technology Group. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota.
