Ian Cadger

Ian Cadger is a results-driven professional currently serving as a Project Manager in Infrastructure Incentive Development with CALSTART, where they coordinate high-level stakeholder meetings and project documentation. Previously, Ian worked as an Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Consultant for Mt. Wheeler Power, Inc., where they provided expert consultation on EV charging solutions. They also have prior experience as a General Manager for the Ely Shoshone Tribe, where they oversaw operations in a remote setting, and as a Lead Project Coordinator with Crew One Productions, managing large teams for event logistics. Ian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Colorado Boulder.
