Junko Romero

Junko Romero, LVN, currently serves as the Intake Coordinator and Patient Care Coordinator at Calstro Hospice, Inc. since February 2022, with prior experience at Silverado Hospice from August 2012 to February 2022. In previous roles, Junko provided skilled nursing and palliative care to over 100 patients, managed prescribed treatments, and conducted patient education. In addition, responsibilities included serving as the Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement Coordinator, where Junko reviewed medical records, ensured compliance with policies, and led quarterly quality assurance meetings. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix, a degree in Vocational Nursing from American Career College-Los Angeles, and an Associate of Arts in Biology from El Camino College.
