Lita Hensley

Lita Hensley has over 25 years of experience in public service, currently serving as Employer Services Manager and Matrix Team Manager at CalSTRS since July 2013. In this role, Lita leads a cross-functional team of professional analysts to support the CalSTRS Benefits and Services Branch during peak workload periods, effectively providing solutions during a time of reduced temporary resources. Previous experience includes positions as Auditor, Inspector & Trainer at the CA Department of Justice (October 2012 - July 2013), and Associate Governmental Program Analyst at CalPERS (November 2001 - October 2012), as well as serving as a Loan Servicing Specialist at CalHFA (September 1996 - November 2001).
