Tammy Kaempffe

Tammy Kaempffe serves as the Pension Solution PMO Manager at CalSTRS, leading a significant legacy solution upgrade valued at $627 million and overseeing the project management office to enhance IT strategic planning and customer satisfaction. Previously, Tammy worked at Adventist Health as an Enterprise PMO Project Manager, where responsibilities included directing cross-functional teams and implementing technologies that improved operational efficiency across numerous hospitals and clinics. Experience also includes roles at Blue Shield of California as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, at Intel Corporation in various project management and systems analysis positions, and as a Programmer Analyst and Software Developer at Sutter Health and Western Health Advantage. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.
