Lynn Kimmel-Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Lynn began their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Whinney in 1980 and worked there until 1984. Following this, they served as an Assistant Vice President at Fremont Indemnity Company for a year and a half. In 1986, they joined The CalSurance Companies as their Chief Financial Officer, a position they held until 1992. From 1992 to 2005, Lynn worked at CalSurance Associates as the Vice President, overseeing various responsibilities. In 2005, they became the President of Lancer Claims Services, leading the company's operations. In 2007, Lynn was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of CalSurance Associates, a division of Brown & Brown Program Insurance Services, Inc., where they currently hold this position.
Lynn Kimmel-Johnson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University from 1976 to 1980.
