Archie Payne has a strong background in staffing and recruitment, with over 20 years of experience. Archie co-founded and served as the President of CalTek Staffing, a leading engineering and technical staffing firm, from 2002 to present. Under their leadership, CalTek expanded its operations from San Diego to seven states nationwide. Prior to that, Archie worked at TechniPower, Inc., where they held various roles including Branch Manager and Executive Account Manager. As Branch Manager, they successfully grew and managed the daily operations of the Los Angeles office. As an Account Executive, they developed and maintained business relationships with clients and recruited talent for temporary and direct hire placements.
Archie Payne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Long Beach in 1998.
