Dario Annunziata

Dario Annunziata has a diverse work experience in the field of customer experience and data analysis. Dario is currently working as a Customer Experience Manager at Accenture Italia since 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Calton in 2020, where they were responsible for developing an all-in-one customer experience platform. At Calton, Dario's role included review monitoring, generation, marketing, customer surveys, and text analytics. Before that, they founded Tripe.it in 2019, where they served as the founder. From 2015 to 2019, Dario worked at SandSIV Group as a Senior Data Scientist and CX Consultant. Dario later took on the role of Head of Product. In 2013, Dario worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Data Scientist, specializing in data analysis solutions and working on projects for clients such as Banca d'Italia and Terna.

Dario Annunziata earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Salerno from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Statistical Science and Finance from the same university, completing it from 2010 to 2013.
