Devon Ryan

Devon Ryan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government and community affairs, communications, and environmental advocacy. Currently serving as the Government and Community Affairs Officer at Caltrain since April 2022, Devon has a proven track record of advancing governmental priorities across various levels. Prior roles include Communications Manager at the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, advocating for environmental initiatives, and Government Relations Administrator at Metrolink, focusing on public transportation issues. With earlier positions at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and other organizations, Devon has developed a strong foundation in legislative affairs and community engagement. Devon holds a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and dual Bachelor's degrees in Humanities and Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
