Dave Kandel

Dave Kandel has extensive experience in control valve engineering and project management within the refinery industry. Since January 2005, Dave has served as a Control Valve Reliability Engineer and Outage Manager at Caltrol Inc., focusing on engineering evaluations, reliability, and outage execution. Prior roles at Caltrol Inc. include Systems Engineer, where responsibilities involved project management and Delta V programming, and Inside Sales Manager, overseeing control valve applications and project management. Dave's career at Caltrol began as an Inside Sales Engineer, and Dave held the position of Inside Sales Supervisor prior to becoming a manager. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has pursued further education in Business Administration and Management at California State University - East Bay.
