Eldon Fink

Eldon Fink is an experienced professional specializing in corporate health, safety, environment, and quality. Currently serving as the Director at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. since 2017, Eldon Fink has focused on improving safety and environmental performance while adapting Human and Organizational Performance processes. Prior to this, Eldon held the Director of EHS & S position at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 2013 to 2017, leading efforts in safety and sustainability across manufacturing operations. At Sun Chemical from 1999 to 2012, Eldon integrated global teams and significantly improved operational margins and compliance. Early career experience includes serving as Environmental Manager at Mead Corporation from 1994 to 1999. Eldon Fink holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University.
