Prior experience at Valvoline from 2003 to 2019 included roles such as Director of Quick Lube Channel Sales, Strategic Account Manager, and Director of Retail Sales, where responsibilities encompassed new business development, strategic relationships, and overseeing retail sales teams. Lesley holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
