Bob Finley has had a long and successful career in financial leadership roles. Bob began their career in 1999 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Optimal Software, where they were responsible for IT, software conversion, negotiations, integration, liquidity, and asset and liability management. In 2000, they moved to Military.com as CFO, where they managed financial institutions, sales operations, growth strategies, and profit initiatives. In 2002, they became CFO of Netli, a SaaS company, where they were responsible for raising capital, SaaS, sales, compliance, HR, talent development, M&A, and CPA. From 2007 to 2010, they were CFO of Telekenex, where they managed cash management, financial management, catalyst, internal controls, and audits. From 2010 to 2014, they were CFO of Bersin by Deloitte, a SaaS company, where they managed finance and accounting, treasury, human resources, information technology, real estate, and legal, and was a key player in the acquisition of Bersin by Deloitte Consulting. From 2019 to 2020, they were CFO of Unite Genomics, Inc. and Calumino. In 2020, they began working as a Partner at FLG Partners, a CFO consulting and board advisory services firm, where they provide companies with experienced financial leaders in interim, part-time, project-based, and permanent CFO roles to help them solve their toughest problems, navigate through near term inflection points, evaluate their strategic options and make better business decisions. Bob'sareas of expertise include capital raising (equity and debt), M&A, increasing top line growth, increasing profitability, strategic planning/budgeting/forecasting, accounting, controls & reporting, treasury and liquidity management, debt restructuring, HR, legal, IT, and real estate. Bob is also a Registered Representative - FINRA.

Bob Finley has an extensive educational background. Bob holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained a Private Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2002, is a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy, and is a NAUI Master Scuba Diver from NAUI Worldwide.
