Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Calusa Marketing since November 2015, Jorge leads a technology-based incentive marketing firm that specializes in loyalty, engagement, and motivation solutions for clients. Previously, Jorge held the role of Director at WorldStrides from January 2017 to June 2019, focusing on language immersion and applied learning tours for students. Prior to this, Jorge was a Director at International Studies Abroad (ISA) from April 2013 to January 2017 and the Owner of Student Voyage from May 2005 to April 2013, offering language immersion and volunteer programs abroad. Jorge earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Florida between 1997 and 2002.
