Crystal Spicer

Crystal Spicer has over 25 years of experience in various roles in human resources, accounting, and finance. Crystal currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Calvary Baptist Church since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Wellington Advisors from June 2018 to May 2022. Crystal also held the position of Human Resource Manager at MedCost, LLC from October 2011 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as the Accounting Manager at Medcost LLC from April 2008 to October 2011 and held the same position at Krispy Kreme from 2003 to 2008. Crystal started their professional journey as an Accountant at Salem Nationalease Corp. from 1996 to 2001.

Crystal Spicer obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Accounting from East Carolina University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from Pfeiffer University between 2005 and 2007.
