Karen Dell

Karen Dell currently serves as the Director of Social Work and Psychology at North Canberra Hospital since July 2023 and has held a similar role at Calvary Health Care since March 2019. With extensive experience in social work, Karen has held various positions, including National Service Delivery Manager at Benestar Group, Service Manager at Uniting (NSW.ACT), and Social Worker in the Geriatric Evaluation and Management Unit at Mid North Coast Local Health District. Prior roles encompass positions at Coffs Clarence Aged Care Assessment Team, Majestic Cinemas, and Mid North Coast Division of General Practice. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Sydney and Monash University, respectively, along with a Graduate Certificate in Older Person's Mental Health from the NSW Institute of Psychiatry.
