Matt Smith

Matt Smith has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 as an Officer in the US Navy until 2003. Matt then worked at Procter & Gamble from 2004 to 2017, holding roles such as Section Head, Purchases and Senior Manager, Purchases. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at KOST USA, Inc. as the Chief Product Supply Officer and later as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain. In 2021, they joined Calvary Industries as the General Manager and later became the Managing Director. Currently, they are the Owner of Accelerator, LLC, a position they have held since 2022.

Matt Smith attended the United States Naval Academy from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. After a gap of a few years, they pursued further education at William & Mary from 2001 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision.
