Paul Ingster

Paul Ingster has a long and varied work experience. Paul started their career in 2004 as a Senior Analyst at Deloitte Australia, where they managed and completed client engagements. In 2007, they joined Aristocrat as the Director of Business Excellence, and also held roles as Group Manager of the CEO Office and Manager of Group Strategy. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Healthshare, and in 2019 they took on the role of Startup Advisor and Consultant for technology startups, scale-ups and SMEs. In 2020, they became the General Manager of Good360 Australia, and in 2021 they took on the role of Head of Operations at Calven.

Paul Ingster attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Information Technology. Paul then completed a Graduate Accounting Conversion Course at the same university from 2004 to 2006. In 2013, they attended the Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University. Finally, from 2011 to 2014, they earned an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
