Rajesh Kumar Seal

Rajesh Kumar Seal has over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. In 2006, they began their career at Ebix India as a Quality Assurance Professional, where they performed feature & requirement analysis to create test cases and worked on Test Case execution and bug lifecycle. In 2007, they moved to Amdocs as a Senior Subject Matter Expert and OSS Testing Expert, where they created automation scripts using QTP and Jameleon for integration & functional tests, and was experienced in test environment setups, nightly test runs in Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline and stabilization. In 2016, they joined Netcracker Technology as a Technical QA Lead, where they created test automation scripts with in-house Keyword Driven frameworks integration tests and was hands-on with automation scripting with Selenium WebDriver using JavaScript. In 2020, they took on two roles at Ericsson and QA Opportunities. At Ericsson, they were a Test Consultant (via Araza) and Lead Test Management & Automation Program Management for Optus – Virtual Mobile Core program. At QA Opportunities, they were a Meet and greet with southern hemisphere. Lastly, in 2021, they joined NAB as a Test Automation Consultant (via Resource Corner IT). The project was in Corporate & Institutional banking domain. In 2022, they began working at Calven as a Lead Test Engineer, where they are shaping a better experience for everyone with its broad range of features and capabilities.

Rajesh Kumar Seal has a comprehensive educational background. Rajesh Kumar completed their Higher Secondary (10 + 2) from St Xaviers School between 1985 and 1998. Rajesh Kumar then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronics from Barkatullah University, Bhopal between 1998 and 2001. Finally, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications - MCA from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2002 and 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Rajesh Kumar Seal also holds several certifications. These include a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance obtained in June 2015, an ISTQB Technical Test Analyst from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board obtained in October 2013, an ISTQB FL from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board obtained in April 2008, an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in April 2021, and a PTE Academic from Pearson VUE obtained in October 2018.
