Michael Mullins

Michael Mullins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in UKG (formerly Kronos) systems and technical support. Currently serving as a UKG Specialist contractor at CalvertHealth since February 2018, Michael is responsible for ongoing remote support and is involved in an upgrade project to UKG Pro and WFM. Previous roles include Technical Engineer at ALPINE TECHNOLOGY GROUP, supporting healthcare facility surveyors, and Technical Analyst at IT Authorities, where support was provided to Coca Cola Bottlers. Additionally, Michael has experience as a Kronos Implementation Specialist at Gerdau, a Technical Engineer III at UKG, an Apple Technical Support Engineer II at Convergys, and a Junior Programmer intern at the LPGA. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming and Analysis from Daytona State College.
