Noelle F.

Noelle F. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Noelle started their career as a Practice Administrator at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians from 2007 to 2011. Noelle then moved to Johns Hopkins HealthCare and held two leadership positions. As a Manager of Quality Improvement, they managed a team responsible for various projects including accreditation, compliance, and member satisfaction. Later, they became the Director of Quality Improvement, leading all activities and functions for the program and developing frameworks for quality improvement initiatives. Noelle then joined Suburban Hospital in 2018 as the Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Activities before transitioning to the role of Director of Performance Improvement. Noelle is currently serving as the Director of Care Coordination and Integration at CalvertHealth since 2019.

Noelle F. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Bryn Mawr College. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The Johns Hopkins University. Noelle then attended the University of Baltimore, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on MBA. In addition, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Service Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore. Currently, Noelle is studying for a Nursing PhD at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Noelle also holds the certification of "Congress 2022 Oral Presenter" from Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, which they obtained in June 2022.
