Matt Andersen

Chief Innovation and Brand Officer at Calypso Lemonade

Matt Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt began their career as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army from 1994 to 1999. Matt then worked as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1999 to 2001. Following that, they joined Bain & Company as a Consultant from 2003 to 2005. Matt then joined The Hershey Company where they held various roles including Senior Manager Strategy, Director Strategy, Director Category Development, Innovation Process Leader, Director Marketing, Senior Director Marketing, and GM Asia South. Matt worked at The Hershey Company from 2005 to 2015. Afterwards, they served as VP Strategy & Development at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) from 2015 to 2017. Matt then worked as Chief of Staff at Catalina USA from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Matt is the Chief Innovation and Brand Officer at King Juice/Calypso Lemonade since 2018.

Matt Andersen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Nuclear Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Matt also has an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School.
