Roderick Graaf, Van der, has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Roderick currently serves as the Head of Operations at CAM Bioceramics B.V. Prior to that, they were the Site Leader J&J Surgical Vision Groningen at Johnson & Johnson Vision and worked as the Sr. Director Operations at Janssen Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of biopharmaceutical API production. Roderick also has experience as the General Manager and Sr. Operations Manager at Smith & Nephew and as the Business Unit Manager at Mentor Medical Systems. Earlier in their career, they worked at Janssen Biologics b.v. as the Sr. Manager Biotech Operations, Manager Warehouse & Distribution Center, and Supervisor Facilities, Maintenance & Engineering. Additionally, they had an international assignment as the Global Harmonized System project leader at Janssen Pharmaceutica. Roderick began their career at Centocor BV (Johnson & Johnson) as the Shift Supervisor Biotech Operations and at Xendo as a Project Coordinator.

Roderick Graaf, Van der, obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology in 1998. Later on, they pursued a PDEng program in Bioprocess Engineering from Delft University of Technology, completing it in 2002.
