Mitch Poindexter

Mitch Poindexter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Power/Grid at CAM Integrated Solutions since December 2024, focusing on power generation growth, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Previously, Mitch held prominent roles at Amp Americas as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, and at V3 Commodities as Senior Vice President Head of Origination. Earlier career milestones include serving as CEO at PPMach and holding senior positions at Constellation Energy and Xcel Energy. Mitch holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
