Luis Aguilar

Luis Aguilar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Luis started their career in 1990 as a Project Engineer at UOP, where they oversaw the fabrication and design of Petro Chemical Modular equipment. Luis managed a budget, negotiated contracts, and procured various types of machinery. In 2001, they joined Paper Converting Machine Company as a Senior Inside Sales Representative, specializing in tissue and folder equipment for the paper industry. Luis excelled in selling upgrades and modifications to customers in Latin America and Asia, while also managing contracts and debt collection. In 2007, Luis became a Design Engineer at Ohmstede Ltd., focusing on shell and tube heat exchangers. Luis designed and replaced heat exchangers, ensuring compliance with code and standards. Lastly, in 2014, they became CEO of Camaleon Systems Inc.
