Obdulio Tabera

Obdulio Tabera has extensive experience in program management and technical support, currently serving in the Unidad de Control at Cámara de Comercio de España since 2016. In this role, Obdulio focuses on planning, implementation, monitoring, and decision-making for programs, primarily within the frameworks of FEDER, FSE, and PRTR, including the design of management procedures and formalization of manuals. Previously, Obdulio worked at Grant Thornton Spain from 2007 to 2016 as a Supervisor in the Public Sector, providing support to the General Intervention of the State and regional interventions. Obdulio holds a Licenciado en Derecho from Universidad de Valladolid, completed in 2002, and further education from Universitá degli Studi di Ferrara.
