Isabella Dillon

Isabella Dillon is an experienced mediator and emotional guide with a focus on enhancing relationships and promoting well-being for families, couples, and youth since February 2021 at Trusting Life. Additionally, Isabella has served in mediation roles at the Centro de Mediación Empresarial and the Cámara de Comercio de Guayaquil, developing conflict resolution processes and facilitating effective communication between conflicting parties. Prior experience includes strategic development at TECHO Ecuador, conducting human rights research at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and operational management at Sinternac S.A. Isabella holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Universidad Casa Grande, specializing in Social Management and Development.
