Alejandro Alonso Dregi

Alejandro Alonso Dregi is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate matters. Currently serving as a Partner in the Commercial Law area at CECA MAGÁN ABOGADOS since April 2021, Alejandro leads a team of 15 lawyers and focuses on international client operations. Alejandro is also the Secretary General and Vice President of the Cámara Franco-Española and previously held partner positions at López-Ibor abogados and Dentons, where expertise in international operations and corporate law was further developed. Additional management experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Alonso, Armand, Boedels y Associados and as a Partner at JA Cremades & Asociados. Academically, Alejandro holds a Master in European Law from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Law Degree from Universitat de Barcelona.
