Andre Espinho

Andre Espinho is a Senior Architect currently serving in the Coordination team for the CHEK dbp project at Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, focusing on the digital building permit process through geospatial and BIM technologies. Since January 2014, Andre has also been a teacher in the Architecture and Urbanism Department at Universidade Lusófona Lisboa, specializing in BIM methodologies and contributing to the organization of multiple postgraduate courses in this area. As the founder and principal architect of André Espinho Arquitectura from 2001 to 2020, Andre gained extensive experience in architectural and interior design. Prior roles include Senior Architect at the Virtual Faktory, where innovative business processes were implemented, and Associate Director at Atelier de Arquitectura Francisco Espinho. Andre holds a Licentiate degree in Architecture from University Lusiada and a post-graduation in BIM from ULHT.
