Emanuel A. M. Santos

Emanuel A. M. Santos has extensive experience in project management and urban planning. Emanuel has worked as a Project Director for Municipal Projects and Strategic Actions at CMB, where Emanuel oversaw various development projects. Currently, Emanuel holds the position of Diretor de Departamento de Planeamento, Gestão Territorial e Equipamentos at Câmara Municipal do Barreiro, where Emanuel is responsible for coordinating units related to urban planning, management, rehabilitation, and environmental sustainability. Santos also serves as the Head of a Multidisciplinary Team for Strategic Projects, showcasing their expertise in various aspects of urban development.
