David Steinberg

David Steinberg is a seasoned product lead specializing in AI, life sciences, and cloud-scale computing, currently at Camber. With over a decade of experience, they have contributed significantly to projects like Dockstore.org at the UCSC Genomics Institute, where they played a key role in security compliance and developed bioinformatics applications. David has a strong background in software development, having also worked as a research assistant and software engineer in various capacities, including cryptography and interactive data visualization. They earned a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and have engaged in numerous public-facing events to promote community involvement in science.
